Order a
portion of fries yourself first. Then we talk.

A salesperson who won't show their own product is selling something other than what they say. Our demo shop is simply open. Put something in your cart, pick a time slot, enter your postcode and check out. Nothing is charged and nobody calls you back.

  1. 1 Pick a large portion of fries, click your sauce and extras — and go ahead, take pickles twice.
  2. 2 Switch to delivery and type9200. Watch what happens to the delivery fee.
  3. 3 Then type9300. That's how your customer sees you don't come there — kindly, not with an error.
  4. 4 Pick a time slot and see at a glance what's free for pickup and for delivery.
  5. 5 Check out with Bancontact in test mode. Not a cent leaves your account.

What it costs you

One fixed price. Even on your busiest Friday.

  • No commission, not even on your thousandth order
  • No three-year contract — cancel monthly
  • Your customer base stays yours, even if you stop

Delivery

Every street its own rate.
Every customer their ownreasonto add something to it.

You draw your zones, each with its own rate, minimum and "free from". While your customer types their postcode, they see straight away whether you come and how much more is needed for free delivery. Click a municipality below — this is the real demo venue, with the real rates.

Dendermonde Grembergen Appels Oudegem Baasrode Sint-Gillis Schoonaarde Lebbeke Buggenhout Wichelen Berlare Hamme Zele Wetteren Laarne Aalst Temse Waasmunster Merelbeke

The operator manages this themselves, with a postcode list per zone. Prefer a radius around your venue, or an area you draw on the map? That can be added — the basics are already there.

Customer loyalty

From a visitor
aregularmake.

An order is money once. A customer who comes back is money every week. Everything below is a module: switch on what suits your venue and leave the rest off.

One account, everywhere

Your customer signs in with Apple, with Google or simply with their e-mail address — and finds their details back on your site, on their phone and in the app. No second password, no second address book.

  • Sign in with Apple
  • Sign in with Google
  • Or by e-mail with a magic link
  • Ordering as a guest always stays possible

Lists and usual orders

Someone picking up fries for six people on a Friday doesn't want to type the same thing six times. Your customer creates people — Joske, Rita, the crew — gives each their usual order, and drops the lot into the cart with one tap.

  • People with their own preferences
  • "Joske: large fries, no onion, double pickle"
  • Several lists: home, work, the crew
  • The whole list into the cart in one click

Save up and come back

A stamp card that can't stay behind in a wallet. Points per order, a free portion of fries at ten, and a message when someone hasn't been in for a while.

  • Points or stamps, you choose
  • Reorder from your history
  • Birthday promotion
  • Push when the fries are ready
Modules

All optional. Nothing hidden.

What you don't take stays in your dashboard — greyed out, with a line telling you what you're missing. No salesperson calling, just a reminder where you're already looking.

One app for every venue on the platform — no separate download per chip shop. Whoever ordered from you last week finds you back on their home screen. With their history, favourites and loyalty points.

  • iOS and Android, in YOUR venue's branding
  • Sign in with Apple, Google or just an e-mail address
  • Reorder in three taps
  • Push when the order is ready
  • The same cart as on your site — start on the laptop, pay on the phone

A little more patience. And then you're on their home screen — between the banking app and the photos of the kids.

The app is a separate module. Your ordering site works on every phone without installing anything — the app is there for those who want to turn visitors into regulars.

Events

A festival is a chip shop
that's onlythree daysopen.

Same menu, same time slots, same screen behind the bar. Only it doesn't last years but one weekend — so you pay per event instead of per month.

A weekend with 8.000 bezoekers
delivers 9.680 bestellingen
en € 91.960 omzet
we charge € 2.347 2.6% of bar revenue base + €0.15 per order

For comparison: justrenting a cashless systemcosts an event today€ 2.000 – € 6.000— without an ordering site, without an app, without a screen behind the bar. Registers and terminals come on top of that.

No queue at the bar

Whoever's queuing isn't drinking. Ordering happens on the phone, paying too — at the bar there's only collecting left. That's less staff and more revenue per hour.

Several stands, one settlement

Every stand its own menu and its own screen. The organiser sees it all together and knows afterwards what each stand did — without counting slips.

Next year it's up again

The menu, the stands and the settings stay saved. An edition later you set it all up again in half an hour — and you know exactly what sold last year.

We don't supply kiosks. And that's on purpose.

At a festival everyone already has a screen in their pocket. A QR hangs at every bar, the visitor orders and pays on their own phone, and collects at the pickup point with their number on the screen. No kiosks to install, no cables, no warehouse where they wait eleven months.

Want kiosks anyway — for those who don't get their phone out? The organiser rents them from a hire company and we run our software on them. We don't front hardware.

Also for company parties, school fairs, sports clubs and trade shows. Tell us how many people you expect and how many bars there are — a price comes out, not a four-page quote.

Custom builds

If it doesn't exist yet,
we can build it.

Every concept. Every flow. Every integration. A kiosk for a festival, a canteen screen for a school, a tablet in a food truck. We build ordering solutions — the plan is simply the fastest shape of that.

  • Integration with your existing till
  • Custom touchscreen interface
  • Events and festivals
  • Company restaurants and schools

FAQ

What people ask us

Do I really pay no commission?

No. You pay a fixed amount per month, whether you do ten orders or a thousand. If your customer pays online, Mollie keeps its transaction fee — that goes to Mollie, not to us. And with your own Mollie account the money lands straight with you, without a detour via our account.

Who owns my customer data?

Yours. Names, addresses and order history sit in your venue and you export them whenever you want. We process them on your instructions — that's in black and white in the data processing agreement.

How fast am I online?

Usually within the day. A photo of your menu board is enough to start: we set up your menu, you check it over.

Can I try it first?

Yes, and without leaving your name. Our demo shop is simply open: put something in the cart, pick a time slot, check out. Nothing is charged and nobody calls back. Want to see the screen behind the counter too? Ask for a demo; we set that up personally.

Does this work alongside my till?

Today it runs alongside: the order arrives on a screen behind the counter. Automatic printing and POS integration are on the roadmap — tell us which system you have, that helps decide which adapter comes first.

What if I need something that isn't there?

Then we build it. That's literally what Wigotia exists for: bespoke ordering solutions, from a festival kiosk to a school canteen. Just ask — we'll also say honestly when something makes no sense.

Which languages does it work in?

Dutch, French and English — this site and your venue's ordering page. The setup is deliberately open, so more languages can be added without rebuilding the platform. German, Spanish, Turkish and Arabic are on the list.

What if I stop?

Then you stop. Cancel monthly, and you take your customer base with you.

One partner.
Endless possibilities.
